Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of SeamlessJobs (the “Service”), provided to you (“you” or the “Customer”) via our web dashboard and mobile applications. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales — see Section 16.

1. Who we are

SeamlessJobs is provided by Saffer Stretch Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09027839, whose registered office is at Greetwell Place, Lincoln, LN2 4US (“SeamlessJobs”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Definitions

  • “Organisation” means the business account you create or join, under which your team’s members, roles and data sit.
  • “Customer Data” means the data your Organisation submits to or generates in the Service — job, client, property, quote, invoice, timesheet, receipt/expense and similar business records, photos, and location data captured during clock-in/out or visit tracking.
  • “Your Clients” means the individuals or businesses your Organisation provides field services to, whose details (name, contact details, address, invoices, quotes) your Organisation enters into the Service, including anyone who uses the client portal or a public share link we provide to them on your behalf.
  • “Subscription” means a paid plan purchased through the Apple App Store as described in Section 5.

3. The Service

SeamlessJobs is a job and workflow management platform for field-service businesses, covering quoting, scheduling and dispatch, job and visit tracking, invoicing, timesheets, expense/receipt capture, a client portal, and related team-management tools. We may add, change or remove features from time to time as described in Section 11.

4. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. An account belongs to an Organisation. Organisation administrators can invite team members, assign roles, and manage billing. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, for your team’s compliance with these Terms, and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of an account.

5. Subscriptions, billing & free trial

New Organisations start on a free trial. Paid plans (“Subscriptions”) are purchased and billed in advance on a recurring basis through the Apple App Store, and are subject to Apple’s own terms (Section 16) in addition to these Terms. Subscription fees are collected, and refunds (where available) are handled, by Apple in accordance with its own policies — we do not process your Subscription payment or hold your card details. We may change our pricing with reasonable notice; continued use of a Subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price. This Service is provided to businesses, not consumers, so to the extent permitted by law the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply to your Subscription.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access another Organisation’s data, reverse-engineering, scraping or reselling the Service, uploading unlawful, infringing or abusive content, or using the Service to send communications that breach the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) or other applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section (Section 15).

7. Your data and content

You retain ownership of your Customer Data, including data about Your Clients. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, transmit and display Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, secure and support the Service (including in anonymised or aggregated form, for analytics and to improve the Service — anonymised data is no longer personal data). You are responsible for obtaining any consents or providing any notices needed for Your Clients’ data to be lawfully entered into and processed by the Service, including where you use the client portal or a shared quote/invoice link to give Your Clients direct access to their own records. We process Customer Data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Data protection

Where Customer Data includes personal data of your staff or Your Clients, you (the Organisation) are the data controller and we are the data processor, acting only on your instructions as set out in these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and subject to UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). You remain responsible for your own compliance with that law towards your staff, clients and suppliers. We help with data subject requests, audits and regulator cooperation to the extent described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers to work — for example mapping and address lookup, payment processing, accounting sync, email and SMS delivery, and the Apple App Store. Where your Organisation connects its own account with a provider (for example, your own Stripe or QuickBooks account), that provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for that provider’s acts or omissions.

10. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own all right, title and interest in the Service, including its software, design and SeamlessJobs branding, excluding Customer Data. Subject to these Terms, we grant your Organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own internal business purposes. You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the Service, or use it to build a competing product.

11. Service availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available and operating as documented, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure operation — the Service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, upgrades, or issues with a third-party provider we rely on. We may add, change or discontinue features; where a change materially reduces the Service’s functionality for your Organisation, we will give reasonable notice where practicable.

12. Warranties & disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations not expressly set out in these Terms, whether implied by statute, common law or otherwise. You should not rely solely on the Service for business or financial decisions without your own independent checks.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales. Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of the Service; and (b) our total aggregate liability to your Organisation arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the greater of (i) the Subscription fees paid by your Organisation in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (ii) £100.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses, costs and liabilities we incur as a result of your Organisation’s breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service, including any claim that Customer Data you submitted infringes a third party’s rights or breaches applicable law.

15. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your Subscription at any time (Subscription cancellation is managed through your Apple App Store account settings). We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where we reasonably believe continued access would pose a legal, security or operational risk to us or other users. On termination, your Organisation may request an export of its Customer Data for a reasonable period, after which we may delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Apple App Store terms

Where you download or purchase a Subscription through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that: these Terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Service; Apple is not responsible for any product liability claims, or any claim that the Service fails to meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements; and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you. Your licence to use the mobile app is limited to use on an Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store’s usage rules.

17. General

  • Governing law & jurisdiction. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that either party may seek interim relief in any jurisdiction.
  • Third-party rights. Except for Apple under Section 16, no one other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreement on the same subject.
  • No waiver. A failure to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email at least 30 days ahead of taking effect where reasonably practicable; continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to our support address shown in the Service.
